SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Bare Minimum ships to select locations worldwide, including:

United States

Europe

Australia

Other countries (availability varies)

1.2 We do not currently ship to all countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at bareminimumgroup@gmail.com before placing an order.

1.3 Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address is correct and deliverable before checkout.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

2.1 All orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment is received in full.

2.2 Standard processing time is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

2.3 Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

6. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

Packages lost or damaged in transit

Theft or misdelivery after package is handed to the carrier

6.3 We recommend signing for packages upon delivery for added security.

7. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

7.1 Customers ordering outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

7.2 These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

7.3 Bare Minimum is not responsible for:

Customs delays or holds

Import duties or taxes

Packages held at customs

7.4 Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for information about potential import duties before placing an international order.

7.5 In the event your package is held at customs, you may need to provide additional documentation or payment to clear the package.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

8.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8.2 Bare Minimum is not responsible for:

Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors

Packages returned to sender due to address issues

8.3 If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at bareminimumgroup@gmail.com. We may be able to intercept and redirect your package if the order has not yet been processed.

9. DELIVERY FAILURES

9.1 If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Refusal to accept delivery

Address not found

A reshipment will be issued at the customer's expense, or a refund will be processed minus original shipping costs.

9.2 If delivery fails due to carrier error or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

10. SPECIAL REQUESTS

10.1 We do not offer:

Expedited or express shipping

Signature required delivery

Specific delivery date guarantees

Shipping to P.O. boxes (in most cases)

11. DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

11.1 If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Contact your local carrier if the package is in transit

11.2 If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier

Upon resolution, we will issue a replacement or refund

This process may take 2-4 weeks

11.3 Bare Minimum will not issue a refund or replacement until the carrier confirms loss.

12. DAMAGED PACKAGES

12.1 If your package arrives damaged, contact us at bareminimumgroup@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

Photos of the packaging

Your order number and tracking information

12.2 We will file a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

13. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 Bare Minimum is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Severe weather conditions

Government actions

Carrier strikes or delays

Pandemics or public health emergencies

Other circumstances beyond our control

13.2 In such cases, shipping timeframes may be extended without liability.

14. WEATHER CONDITIONS AND SEASONAL DELAYS
