Bare Minimum is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.
Please note that all products are custom-made to order. Returns are limited to specific circumstances as outlined below.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
2.1 Incorrect Item Received
You received an item different from what you ordered
The item does not match your order confirmation
2.2 Defective or Damaged Product
The product arrived damaged or defective
The product has manufacturing defects that affect quality or usability
3. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
The following returns are NOT accepted:
3.1 Change of Mind
Purchasing regret or dissatisfaction with design
Preference for a different size or color (except in cases of error on our part)
3.2 Worn or Used Items
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
3.3 Normal Wear and Tear
Fading, shrinkage, or deterioration from normal use
Damage caused by improper care or washing
3.4 Items Without Proof of Purchase
Orders without order confirmation or tracking information
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
4.1 Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
Include clear photographs showing the defect or damage
4.2 Return Authorization
We will review your return request and photographs
You will receive a response within 2-3 business days
If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
4.3 Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
Include your order number in the package
Use the return shipping method provided
Keep tracking information for your records
4.4 Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item
We verify that the return meets our eligible criteria
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt
5. REFUND AMOUNT AND METHOD
5.1 Full Refund: Approved returns receive a full refund of the product purchase price.
5.2 Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5.3 Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5.4 Refund Timeline: Upon approval and inspection, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
5.5 Processing Time: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
6.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Bare Minimum's error (incorrect item or defective product upon arrival).
6.2 We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package is received.
6.3 Bare Minimum is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
7. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
7.1 Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of placement only.
7.2 Cancellation requests made after one (1) hour cannot be accommodated.
7.3 For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
8.1 If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at bareminimumgroup@gmail.com.
8.2 Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
8.3 We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8.4 Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Bare Minimum.
9. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
9.1 We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
9.2 Returns submitted after thirty (30) days from delivery may be denied.
9.3 Items with signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
10. REFUND DISPUTES

10.2 We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days.
10.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
11. CUSTOM ORDERS
11.1 All Bare Minimum products are custom-made to order.
11.2 Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
11.3 Only returns for incorrect items, defects, or damage are eligible.
12. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
12.1 International customers may return items, but are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
12.2 Return shipping times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance and distance.
12.3 Refunds will still be processed within 7-10 business days of item inspection, regardless of location.
